arona works on three paths: Android APK (direct app installation), iOS browser (no app store needed), and web app (any device with a browser). Each path offers the same games, markets, and payment methods. 2. Create your arona account

3. Upload ID and proof of address

App vs browser: which should you choose?

arona runs on Android 7.0 and later. Most phones sold in the past eight years meet this requirement. For iOS, we support iOS 12 and later. Tablets are fully supported on both platforms. If your device is older than these versions, upgrade your operating system through your phone settings. If your device cannot be updated, the web version of arona works on older browsers as well, though performance may be slower. We recommend at least 2 GB of RAM and a stable internet connection — either mobile data (4G/LTE or better) or WiFi. arona works on both prepaid and postpaid connections.

Troubleshooting common installation issues

If Android asks "Unknown source — allow installation from unknown sources?" when you try to install the arona APK, this is normal. APK files are not downloaded from the Google Play Store, so Android flags them as potentially risky. You must allow installation from unknown sources in your phone settings to proceed. Go to Settings → Security → Unknown sources and toggle it on. After installing arona, you can toggle it off again. If you see a certificate warning, this is a security check by your browser or device. Confirm that you trust the source before proceeding. If installation fails, try clearing your browser cache and downloading again. If the app still will not install, contact our support team. On iOS, if arona does not load properly in Safari, try clearing cookies and cache. Go to Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data. Then revisit arona.bet. If you cannot add arona to your home screen, try a different browser — Chrome often works better than Safari for this feature on iOS.

App permissions and account security

When you install the arona app, you may see permission requests for camera, photos, and files. The camera permission allows you to photograph your ID and proof of address for account verification. You can deny these permissions and manually upload documents instead — the app will still function. The app does not access your contacts, calendar, or other personal data. We use standard encryption (HTTPS) to secure all data in transit between your phone and our servers. Your password is never stored on your device; you must enter it each time you log in. We recommend enabling your phone's biometric lock (fingerprint or face recognition) to secure your arona account — add a PIN or passcode to your phone so that if someone gains access to your device, they cannot immediately open arona.
